Until recently the Nation of Ovine’s resident jet pilot held a unique record in our Furthest from point of manufacture (FFPOM) competition. Failing to trouble the top 20 Philip languished in last place a mere 12 miles from Cardiff, South Wales at the Cardiff airport at Rhoose.
Fast forward to April 2019 and after some astute packing Philip and his family, boarded their airplane of choice, & jetted deep down into the southern hemisphere alighting in Australia, Sydney (currently) to be precise. Snapped 10671 miles from Cardiff, with the harbour bridge and the opera house bathed in sunshine, our pilot has leapt into first place in the FFPOM top 20. Congratulations PP! When you’re a #jet
